Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 2, 2026

Last Updated: June 2, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of clickthemouse.ca (the "Website") and the travel agency services offered by ClickTheMouse ("ClickTheMouse," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Website, requesting a quote, or booking a vacation with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website or our services.

2. About ClickTheMouse

ClickTheMouse is a Canadian travel agency specializing in Disney Cruise Line, Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Aulani, Adventures by Disney, Universal Orlando, and other vacation experiences. We are an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner at the Platinum level.

We are registered with:

  • TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario), Registration #50024500. All Canadian ClickTheMouse planners hold TICO travel advisor certification.
  • Florida Seller of Travel, License #ST42493
  • California Seller of Travel, License #2161303-50

ClickTheMouse acts as an agent on behalf of travel suppliers, including Disney, Universal, and others. We are not the supplier or operator of the vacation experiences we book. Final terms, pricing, cancellation policies, and conditions of travel are determined by each supplier.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts to use our services. By making a booking on behalf of others in your travel party, you confirm that you have their authorization to do so and to provide their personal information to us.

4. Quotes and Bookings

Quotes are estimates.

Travel quotes provided by ClickTheMouse are based on supplier-published rates and availability at the time of the quote. Pricing, promotions, and availability may change at any time before booking is confirmed. A quote is not a guaranteed reservation.

Bookings are subject to supplier terms.

All bookings are governed by the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier (Disney, Universal, etc.). These supplier terms include pricing, deposit requirements, payment schedules, change fees, cancellation policies, and traveller conduct rules. By booking through ClickTheMouse, you agree to those supplier terms in addition to these Terms.

Currency.

Pricing is quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD), U.S. Dollars (USD), or another currency as indicated. Final pricing is subject to currency conversion rates at the time of payment, which are determined by the supplier and your financial institution, not by ClickTheMouse.

Booking confirmation.

A booking is confirmed only when the supplier issues a confirmation and the required deposit has been paid in full.

5. Payments, Changes, and Cancellations

Payment terms

are set by the supplier and disclosed to you at the time of booking. You are responsible for making payments by the supplier's deadlines. Late or missed payments may result in automatic cancellation of your booking by the supplier.

Changes to your booking

(such as travel dates, cabin upgrades, or party composition) are subject to the supplier's policies and may incur fees. We will assist you with changes, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be approved or that pricing will remain the same.

Cancellations

are governed by the supplier's cancellation policy. Cancellation penalties typically increase as your travel date approaches and may result in partial or total loss of funds paid. We strongly recommend reviewing the supplier's cancellation policy before booking and purchasing travel insurance.

Refunds

, when applicable, are issued by the supplier on their timeline, not by ClickTheMouse. We will assist in processing refunds but cannot accelerate supplier timelines.

6. Promotional Offers from ClickTheMouse

ClickTheMouse may offer promotional gifts to clients, including but not limited to Disney Cruise Line onboard credit, Adventures by Disney discount, and other promotional offers as advertised on our website.

These offers are gifts from ClickTheMouse and are separate from any pricing or promotional offers issued by Disney or other suppliers. The terms of these offers are published on the relevant pages of clickthemouse.ca and may be updated from time to time. The terms in effect on the date of your booking confirmation apply to your reservation.

ClickTheMouse promotional offers are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable, and are void if a booking is cancelled or if the qualifying conditions are not met.

7. Travel Documents and Requirements

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you and all members of your travel party have:

  • Valid passports with at least six months of validity beyond the travel date
  • Any required visas, tourist cards, or entry permits
  • Required vaccinations and health documentation
  • Compliance with all entry and exit requirements of your destination

ClickTheMouse may provide general guidance on travel document requirements, but final responsibility rests with the traveller. Requirements can change without notice, and we are not liable for travel disruption resulting from missing or incorrect documents.

8. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings. ClickTheMouse offers access to travel insurance through partner providers and can assist you in selecting a policy. By declining travel insurance, you accept full responsibility for any non-refundable costs resulting from cancellation, interruption, delay, illness, or other covered events.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

ClickTheMouse acts as an agent.

We do not own, operate, or control the travel services we book. Disney, Universal, cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and other suppliers are independent operators responsible for the services they provide.

No warranty.

We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the quality, safety, or suitability of any travel service. Information on our website is provided for general guidance and may be subject to change without notice.

Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickTheMouse is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from acts or omissions of suppliers, weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, government actions or other force majeure, flight delays, cancellations, lost or damaged luggage, currency fluctuations or unexpected fees, supplier insolvency or bankruptcy, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of ClickTheMouse.

In all cases, our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the amount of commission or fee actually received by ClickTheMouse for that booking. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on clickthemouse.ca, including text, photos, graphics, logos, video, and design, is owned by ClickTheMouse or licensed to us, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Disney, Universal, and other supplier trademarks and copyrighted materials remain the property of their respective owners.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through quote forms or other channels
  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest content from the website
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or functionality of the website
  • Use the website or our services for unlawful purposes
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten ClickTheMouse staff or other clients
  • Misuse promotional offers, including making multiple reservations to combine offers contrary to their terms

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, and revoke promotional offers in the event of violation of these conduct rules.

12. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party websites operated by Disney, Universal, suppliers, and others. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those websites. Your use of any third-party website is at your own risk.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at clickthemouse.ca/privacy-policy.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Website or our services after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
