We are an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner at the Platinum level, registered with TICO (50024500), the Florida Seller of Travel program (ST42493), and the California Seller of Travel program (2161303-50).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you visit clickthemouse.ca, request a quote, book a vacation, or otherwise interact with us. By using our website or services, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

To make your booking, we share relevant personal information with Disney Cruise Line, Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Aulani, Adventures by Disney, Universal Orlando Resort, Royal Caribbean and other cruise lines, travel insurance providers, ground transfer, hotel, and excursion providers, airlines, and other suppliers as needed for your booking.
Service providers:
We use third-party tools to operate our business, including booking management software, email service providers, payment processors, CRM platforms, website hosting providers, and cloud storage providers. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
Legal and safety:
We may disclose personal information when required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ClickTheMouse, our clients, or others.
Business transfers:
If ClickTheMouse is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify clients of any such change.

ClickTheMouse operates offices in Canada and Orlando, Florida. Our suppliers (including Disney, Universal, and most cruise lines) are headquartered in the United States. As a result, your personal information may be stored or processed in the United States and other countries where our suppliers and service providers operate.
When personal information is transferred outside Canada, it may be subject to foreign laws, including lawful access requests by foreign governments. We take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information transferred outside Canada is protected by safeguards comparable to those required under Canadian law.
6. How Long We Retain Personal Information
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
- Active client records: retained while you are an active client and for up to seven years after your last booking, in accordance with tax and accounting requirements
- Marketing-only contacts: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Communications: retained for up to seven years for business and legal purposes
When personal information is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy laws, you have the following rights:
