A career you love

ClickTheMouse is built for serious Disney travel professionals. Top agents earn a real full-time income doing work they love.

What we're looking for

We're hiring a small number of serious Canadian Disney travel professionals each year. The right candidate checks most of the boxes below:

  • Canadian resident (currently not hiring in British Columbia)
  • Deep first-hand Disney experience with multiple Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Disney Cruise Line trips
  • Prior travel agent experience, or a Disney Cast Member / Disney College Program background
  • TICO travel advisor certification, or willingness to obtain it before booking clients
  • Strong written and verbal communication. Potential clients must see professionalism.
  • Treats this seriously, not a side hustle or hobby
  • Comfortable being available to clients during evenings and weekends when needed
  • Self-directed, tech-comfortable, and accountable for your own book of business

Meet the team you'd be joining

The fastest way to understand the bar at ClickTheMouse is to meet the agents already here. Our team includes former Disney Cast Members, College of Disney Knowledge graduates, multi-language specialists, and planners with hundreds of personal Disney sailings between them.

The honest question

Six questions to ask any agency before you commit, including us

Before you accept a role at any Canadian Disney travel agency, ask these questions. The answers will give you a clear picture of where your career can actually go.

  1. 1.What is your Disney authorization tier?
  2. 2.How many verifiable five-star reviews does the agency have under its own brand?
  3. 3.Do you provide qualified inbound leads to your agents, or is lead generation entirely the agent's responsibility?
  4. 4.What is the commission structure, and what fees, splits, or deductions apply?
  5. 5.What licensing does the agency hold, and in which jurisdictions?
  6. 6.What does training look like — initial onboarding, ongoing development, and mentorship?

We're happy to answer all six during your interview.

Disney travel is incredibly rewarding. You’re helping families experience the trip of a lifetime while building a career you love. I’ve seen advisors transform their lives through this opportunity, myself included. The more you invest in growing your business, the more rewarding it can become, both personally and professionally. There’s nothing more inspiring than creating magic for others while creating success for yourself.

Frequently asked questions

Is ClickTheMouse hiring Disney travel planners?
Yes. We hire experienced Disney travel planners on an ongoing basis. We are looking for serious Canadian professionals with prior Disney travel agent experience, Disney Cast Member background, or deep first-hand Disney trip-planning expertise.
Is this a remote, work-from-home position?
Yes. ClickTheMouse Disney travel specialists work remotely from anywhere in Canada (we are currently not accepting applications from British Columbia).
Do I need to be TICO certified?
Yes. Every ClickTheMouse planner in Canada is required to hold TICO travel advisor certification. We are fully licensed in Ontario (TICO), Florida and California, which lets our team sell across North American jurisdictions.
Do you provide leads or do I have to find my own clients?
Both. ClickTheMouse invests significantly in marketing, SEO and brand. Qualified inbound leads are distributed to our agents. The strongest agents also build their own repeat-client book over time, which we fully support.
What commission do agents earn?
We pay a competitive, industry-leading commission split. Exact splits are discussed in the interview process and depend on experience, production and the supplier. New agents start strong and earn more as their book grows.
Is this a full-time career or a side hustle?
We are looking for full-time and serious part-time Disney travel specialists who treat this as a professional career. Casual hobby agents looking to book their own family trips at a discount are not the right fit.
Do I need to be a former Disney Cast Member?
No, but Cast Member or Disney College Program alumni are highly valued. The non-negotiable is deep, current first-hand Disney trip knowledge across the parks, resorts and ships.
What training and tools do you provide?
Onboarding includes Disney supplier training, College of Disney Knowledge guidance, CRM and quoting tools, ongoing product updates from Disney, and direct mentorship from our Platinum-level leadership team.
Why does Platinum-level Disney status matter to me as an agent?
Platinum is the highest tier Disney awards to vacation planners. It comes with the strongest supplier relationships, priority access, and exclusive onboard credit on Disney Cruise Line. That translates directly into easier closes and happier clients for you.
How long does the hiring process take?
We review every application personally. Strong candidates are typically contacted within 2–3 weeks for an interview. Only applicants who fit our criteria are contacted.
