Teresa genuinely cares about every guest's experience and loves knowing she helped create a stress-free vacation filled with incredible memories.

Teresa's love for Disney began in childhood. At eight years old, she visited Walt Disney World for the first time wearing a pink princess dress with gold trim that her mother had sewn. From the moment she walked through the gates, she felt as though she had stepped into a storybook, and she has carried that sense of magic with her ever since.

Years later, Disney became an even deeper part of her family's story. Teresa's son, a Wish Child, chose Walt Disney World for his wish after his second open-heart surgery at age three. The joy in his eyes, the kindness of the Cast Members and the care surrounding her family made Disney a place of healing, hope and unforgettable joy. As a mother of three, Teresa also understands the importance of thoughtful planning for dietary needs because her son has celiac disease.

Teresa combines years of customer service experience with genuine passion and firsthand destination knowledge. She brings empathy, patience, calmness and practicality to every client interaction, and her frequent visits allow her to share useful perspectives that go beyond what guests may find online. She believes anyone can experience Disney and works hard to help clients create memories they may not have thought possible.
