Steph became a Disney travel agent because she loves helping families create memories. Disney vacations can feel overwhelming to plan, and she enjoys taking the stress out of the process so families can focus on the magic. There's nothing better than hearing about a family's first castle view or character interaction, and she loves being a small part of making dream vacations come true.

Disney has been a huge part of Steph's life since childhood. Some of her family's most cherished memories were made on Disney vacations, and she's seen firsthand how magical those experiences can be. People often asked her why she brought her own family when they were so young, but there's something so magical about seeing Disney through a child's eyes no matter the age. Every Disney trip with her children has been unique, with each stage of their lives bringing a different kind of magic. Steph married her husband at Walt Disney World's Polynesian Resort in 2012.

Steph takes the time to get to know each family, their interests, and budget so she can create a trip that's right for them. As a Disney and Universal traveler herself, she understands the excitement, the questions, and sometimes the stress that can come with planning. She treats every vacation as if it were her own, providing personalized recommendations, honest advice, and support from the planning stages right through to travel day and beyond. Her goal is to make the process easier, more enjoyable, and help create memories that will last forever.

Steph will never forget watching her infant reach up, grab Mickey Mouse's face, and give his nose a kiss. Another memory she'll always treasure is seeing her young son watch the parade with pure excitement as his favourite characters came to life right in front of him — the joy on his face as he waved, said hello, and truly believed they were there just for him is something she'll never forget.

If Steph had to choose favourite parks, it would be Magic Kingdom and EPCOT. Magic Kingdom is where she feels the classic Disney magic — walking down Main Street, seeing Cinderella Castle, and no matter how many times you've turned that corner, the view never gets old. EPCOT is special for different reasons; she loves exploring the World Showcase, trying new foods, and especially visiting during the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival.
