We love everything and anything Disney. After spending 30+ years in the military, we decided to embark on a new, travel-focused career. We have traveled extensively to the many Disney properties in Florida, California, South Carolina, Hawaii, Paris, and Hong Kong, and have sailed on every Disney Cruise Line ship including the brand-new Disney Adventure. We have stayed in all categories of Walt Disney World resort hotels.

Jen grew up visiting Walt Disney World in Florida, and Steve grew up visiting Disneyland, so our connection was immediate. From our honeymoon at Walt Disney World to our love of Disney Cruise Line and being members of the Disney Vacation Club, there is a Disney aspect to every part of our lives. That love was passed on to our children, who were raised in "the House of Mouse" from the very beginning — from Disneyland to Walt Disney World to the Disney Cruise Line. What makes Disney special to us is the immediate sense of family and belonging when you first set foot on property. There is an intangible quality to Disney Magic that cannot be described — it can only be felt.

What makes our service unique is the personal attention and genuine care we give every client. We treat every vacation as if it were our own. We have styled our service along the same line as Disney Cruise Line Concierge, whose motto is "we'll take care of it." One of our favourite Disney memories is watching the Main Street Electrical Parade at Disneyland for the first time with our kids, who were 3 and 1 at the time. Disney Cruise Line is our favourite destination because it combines the signature Disney magic with incredible dining experiences, Broadway-level entertainment, character meet-and-greets, and experiences for all ages.
