Kim Curry • Disney Travel Advisor

During my other travels, whenever I'd meet people at the pool or oceanside, I always found myself convincing them to take a Disney vacation. Before long, I was low-key planning their trips for them, sharing resort recommendations, park strategies, dining tips and must-do experiences. One day, after listening to me enthusiastically map out yet another family's Disney vacation, someone laughed and said, "you should make this your job". That comment stuck with me. I realized I genuinely loved helping people create magical memories, and turning that passion into work that I love was a perfect fit for me.

Since childhood, Disney has always been more than just a vacation destination for me. It's a place where some of my most treasured memories were created. Now as a mom, there's nothing quite like watching my children experience the magic through their eyes, whether it's meeting a favourite character or watching their expression as they see the castle for the first time. Disney always continues to make my heart grow. It's surprising for some to learn that theme park vacations have given our family the opportunity to slow down, reconnect and create memories we will talk about for years to come. What makes Disney special to me is the feeling it creates. It brings people together, allows adults to feel like kids again and creates moments of joy that stay with you long after you return home. All of these experiences continue to fuel my passion for creating the most magical vacations for all my guests and why I love what I do.

My approach to travel planning is shaped by a unique combination of professional experience, personal perspective and genuine connection. As a former paramedic, I learned how calmness, quick problem solving and attention to detail truly matter. As a parent, I understand how every family has different needs, comfort levels and priorities when travelling. I bring empathy, patience and practical insight to every trip I plan. I also believe planning a vacation should be FUN! Most importantly, I focus on building real relationships with my clients, creating trust and connections that go far beyond a single booking.

I joined ClickTheMouse in 2021 and bring four years of Disney travel planning experience. Disney Cruise Line and Walt Disney World are my top two specialties. I also plan Disneyland, Disneyland Paris, Royal Caribbean, Universal Orlando and all-inclusive vacations. Based in Peterborough, Ontario, I serve Peterborough, Kawartha Lakes, Northumberland and Quinte.

I am a College of Disney Knowledge graduate and a specialist in Disney Cruise Line, Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Aulani, Adventures by Disney, Universal Orlando and Universal Hollywood. I have sailed on the Disney Wish, Disney Treasure and Disney Fantasy, with five Disney cruises including Caribbean and Bahamian itineraries. I have visited Walt Disney World too many times to count and have also visited Disneyland.

During our first Disney cruise, Halloween on the High Seas, my daughter was dressed as the cutest Tinkerbell. We arrived back to our room and had so much pixie dust from different staff who loved her as Tink! We will never forget the look on my daughter's face. Walt Disney World will always win for me, with countless options for relaxation, fun and adventure!

I have met and stayed friends with so many of my past clients! I truly love what I do and never take for granted the privilege it is to be a part of such a special time in someone's life.
