Joss Segeren - Disney Vacation Specialist

I love planning my family vacations, and I know firsthand that no two vacations are the same. My first trip to Disney was when I was 3 years old. A three generation trip with family and a stay at the Contemporary resort was the first magical experience that would lead to many more magical vacations!

I have 10 years experience planning trips for every stage of life—from navigating the parks with toddlers to exploring with teens. My personal favorite vacation is the land-and-sea combo: pairing a relaxing Disney Cruise with the magic of Walt Disney World parks! In recent years we explored Disneyland Resort in California, and Universal Studios Hollywood. We also embarked on our first Canada New-England 10-day cruise.

After years of helping friends and family map out seamless, unforgettable itineraries, I joined this amazing team to help you do the same! Whether you’re planning a couples' retreat, a girls' weekend, or a family vacation, I’m here to handle the details so you can focus on making memories.

Disney and Universal are constantly evolving, so I make it a priority to visit the parks throughout the year. Being on the ground means I'm navigating the changes, learning lessons, and bringing you real-time, insider knowledge directly to your itinerary. Leave the stress, research, and planning to me!

I understand that no two clients are the same, and each client has their travel pace, must-do list, and favorite foods and characters. Getting to know you allows me to customize your itinerary, giving you a tailor-made vacation full of memories! I can't wait to work with you!
