Heather became a Disney travel agent because she genuinely loves helping people experience the magic of Disney the way her family has. After years of visiting Walt Disney World Resort and constantly helping friends and family plan their own Disney vacations, sharing tips, recommendations and firsthand experiences naturally grew into a career. It lets her combine her passion for Disney travel with helping families create memorable vacations of their own.
Some of Heather's fondest childhood memories are centred around Disney, from movie nights at home to watching her favourite Disney shows after school. As a child, she was fortunate to visit Walt Disney World twice, and those trips left a lasting impression of excitement, storytelling and wonder. As an adult, her love for Disney has only continued to grow, and visiting the parks has become one of her favourite ways to create memories with family.
What makes Heather's service style unique is how invested she becomes in each family's vacation. She loves getting to know her clients and learning what will make their trip special, whether it's a first visit, a milestone celebration, or a long-awaited family getaway. From the moment they book until they return home, she's available to answer questions, share recommendations, and provide support. Seeing the excitement build as a vacation approaches is one of her favourite parts of the job.
Taking her twins to Disney for the first time at age 3 is a memory Heather will never forget — seeing the wonder in their eyes as they experienced the castle, met Mickey Mouse and enjoyed all the family fun made the trip incredibly special. Choosing a favourite between Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line is impossible for her; she truly loves them both for different reasons.
Heather treats every trip with the same care and attention she would give her own family's vacation, because she knows how important these memories are. Nothing makes her happier than helping families create memories they'll cherish for years to come.
