Long before becoming an agent she was a dedicated Universal passholder, attending major milestone grand openings like Diagon Alley, Hagrid's Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure and Loews Sapphire Falls Resort. As a massive Harry Potter fan, she is still completely in awe of the Wizarding World no matter how many times she steps inside. Having stayed at almost every single on-site hotel, she loves introducing guests to the unmatched, seamless immersion Universal has created, and it's her personal mission to show families that Universal isn't just for thrill-seekers — it's an incredible vacation destination for all ages.
