Ginger’s love of Disney started at a very young age when she attended her first movie in the theatre - Pete’s Dragon. She remembers fondly those days spent watching the Wonderful World of Disney as she grew up the youngest of 4 children. 

Her first trip was taken with her father and brother in the 80s to Disneyland (and Universal Studios Orlando). When her sister moved from New Brunswick to Kissimmee as a nurse and single mom, she would fly solo down on her summer breaks to help babysit and take in all the park. She remembers fondly spending time taking her niece to Magic Kingdom, Universal when it opened and Sea World while her sister slept off her night shifts. In high school, her now husband would drive down and join her in the summers where their love for Disney and each other continued to grow.

She knew when she had her daughter, Disney would be a huge piece of their lives and started planning their family trips. In fact, it was the week before their first trip that Ginger realized another Thibodeau would be joining with them. Since then, the family has taken countless trips to Orlando taking in everything Disney, Universal and Busch. She has planned trips around every budget - on resort, off resort hotels, house rentals with her kids at every age and has gathered a lot of tips and tricks along the way. She will talk your « EARS » off at every opportunity about planning your magical vacation. 

Having spent her summers in Orlando with her sister, Ginger had a summer pass for Universal Studios Orlando from the time it opened until she graduated from University. An avid reader and lover of all things Harry Potter, Ginger favourite parts of Universal include everything Hogwarts and Harry Potter related. But surprisingly enough, her favourite ride ever is Velocicoaster.
