Diana's first visit to Walt Disney World was at 13 years old, and she was instantly captivated by this well-planned city built on magic. When her family returned, they let her plan the entire trip. From that moment on, she became the Disney vacation planner for family and friends. After 25 years of planning Disney vacations as her favourite pastime, she made it official and became an authorized Disney travel agent.

Diana fell in love with Walt Disney World as a teenager, but it was when she returned with her own children that she realized how special it truly is. She has always felt comfortable bringing her children, even as young as five months old, because Disney is clean, well-organized and welcoming to families. After several trips with young children, Diana and her husband became Disney Vacation Club members so their family could continue making memories together for decades to come.

Diana truly wants every guest to love Disney as much as she does. From choosing vacation dates, resorts, parks and restaurants to planning all the extras, she treats each guest like a close friend or family member. She offers the same advice, care and attention to detail she would give a loved one, including detailed itineraries, consistent support and check-ins during the vacation.

One of Diana's favourite memories was watching her in-laws experience Disney for the first time. Their planned once-in-a-lifetime visit impressed them so much that it immediately became another Disney vacation the following year. Her favourite park is EPCOT, where inspiring architecture, international pavilions, food and attractions create something extraordinary for guests of every age.
