Natalie is a travel advisor who has been helping families across Canada create unforgettable Disney vacations for more than seven years.
Her family’s very first flight ever was in 2006 - destination: Disneyland. Her daughters were just 3 and 5 at the time, and she’ll never forget when one of them said, “Mom, this really is the most magical place on earth.” From that moment on, Disney destinations became her family’s favorite places!
Over the years, Natalie and her family have experienced both Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World yearly, bi-yearly or more often - through family vacations, educational and performing arts workshops, and countless magical memories. Most recently, she has fallen in love with Disney Cruise Line, having sailed to Alaska and on two Caribbean itineraries - and she admits it’s her newest Disney addiction!
As a former Disney Store Cast Member, Natalie has always admired Disney’s commitment to exceptional guest service and attention to detail. She brings that same level of care and organization to every client she works with, ensuring each trip is seamless and stress-free. From resort room & ticket packages to dining reservations, Lightning Lane strategies, and special extras, Natalie handles every detail - at no extra cost to her clients.
Because her family has eaten plant-based and gluten-free for almost 15 years, she also specializes in helping guests navigate Disney’s allergy-friendly dining options across parks, resorts, and ships.
Originally from a small town in northern Alberta and now based in Calgary, Natalie combines small-town warmth with big-picture Disney expertise to help families experience the same magic, joy, and connection that Disney vacations have brought to her own family - so all her clients need to think about is their countdown to see Mickey!​
