Dani and I had an absolutely wonderful time on our mother/daughter trip to WDW. A few highlights included Dani's birthday dinner at California Grill, riding Remy and Runaway Railway for the first time, seeing the Harmonious fireworks at Epcot (amazing!!). Our meal at Wine Bar George was so delicious. We also had a very magical moment on Star Tours, when an wonderful cast member got our whole group singing together (so much more to the story). One our favorite parts of our Disney trips is talking to "Disney people," other guests who love Disney as much as we do. Dani and I talked to SO many people in line, or the Skyliner and elsewhere. And the cast members are such a huge part of the whole experience. We found Genie plus very easy to use, fyi. I know people have been very antsy about the change from the fast pass system, but I was fine with it. Thank you again for all your wonderful help in planning! Kristen |
Andrea (J) was so helpful in helping me plan my first family vacation at Disneyland. She helped me purchase the park tickets, explained the options of the Genie Plus benefits and also suggested magical experiences for my family. She was very helpful in giving me a tutorial on how to use the Disney app including how the Genie Plus worked including rules and restrictions. My kids really wanted to do the Princess Adventures Breakfast but it was sold out. She would log in a few times a day to check for reservations. Her hard work paid off because she was able to get me a reservation for my family to enjoy!

ClicktheMouse Travel agency is the Way to GO! I really don't do Reviews but by Golly, this one I have to make sure that everyone would know how awesome the Travel agency is and their Agents. Me and my family really got a Magical Day coz of them! Especially with the help of our Travel agent, shout out to Deborah! She really is our Lifesaver and Hero of the Week!! From the beginning that you message her, you wont have to wait that long before you get a response back from her, and anything that you ask/inquire about your upcoming trip would be answered , she is that KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FAST! Without her expertise we wouldn't/couldn't have done anything that we could've during our trip in DisneyWorld. And by the time that you get home you would still have a message from them welcoming you back from your trip, with them I really felt that I am one of their own, a family,. We had the most amazing time!! The hotel was great - loved the pools ... they gave us a waterfront room so we had a view of the boardwalk - was beautiful! The kids loved it - Naomi’s favourite and Ethan’s was the Bibbidi make over - Ethan fought Darth Vador. The dinners were great - I think the artist point was my favourite !! We had the time of our lives, everything went flawlessly from the minute we stepped off the plane til the minute we stepped back on. The schedule you gave us was great and the dining was wonderful. The girls were all about the rides which I wasn't sure if they would want to do the bigger ones but we hit every roller coaster in all the parks multiple times! Loved that they were into that because my husband and I love them too! We went to the parks when they opened and left at closing, tiring but worth it. The resort was awesome! Neither of us were prepared for how difficult it can be to book a vacation to Disneyworld! We became overwhelmed at all of the options and with all of the technical lingo neither of us were fluent in. We reached out to Laura (B) and the rest was history! Laura replied immediately and we discussed via email our preferred travel dates, hotels, parks etc. Everything was booked easily and explained to us thoroughly so we were always kept up-to-date with how our vacation planning was progressing. We ended up getting a recently refurbished room at All Star Movies and it was super nice! The FastPasses you booked for us were perfect (even though we booked our trip so last minute) and by rope dropping Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios we were able to do all the rides we wanted to with basically no wait, including Flights of Passage and Slinky Dog. When we left the (Cinderella's Royal Table) supper, we were “trapped” in a small area and couldn’t leave because of the fireworks going to start soon. Although I was disappointed for a minute or two, we ended up with a private show that our couldn’t even imagine!!! It was spectacular and no crowds at all! The hotel was stunning! The location of the Beach Club was perfect for us and the hotel was very nice with my niece and nephew enjoying the pool each late afternoon. While we had did have a few issues with the hotel around check in and housekeeping the Manager stepped up and took care of our dinner that night and while we were eating had a couple of stuffed Mickey's delivered to the room! I just wanted to let you know that our trip to Disney was incredible. We arrived at the resort around 11am and our room was ready for us!!! That was incredible because then we were able to leave my son's diabetic supplies in the room instead of bringing everything to the park. We went to Magic Kingdom on our first day and the moment we entered the park a parade was heading towards us, it was perfect timing and a great way to start our vacation. We went on all the rides on our checklist and the boys even surprised us and went on all the rollercoasters.....we went on Mine Train 4 times!!!! The weather was perfect, not too cold and not too hot and the crowds were small. The Pirates League was amazing and I would recommend it to anyone, the boys both went with Zombie Pirates lol. After we left Pirates league we walked over to watch the Jack Sparrow stage show and my youngest was called up and got to be a part of the show......that was amazing! We had a wonderful time! We absolutely loved staying at Coronado Springs. Thank you so much for recommending it! It has beautiful grounds, great pools, and was nice and quiet for my parents. I loved seeing my parents experience rides and attractions they had heard about and seen on tv their whole lives but had never had the chance to visit. My dad has wanted to do Pirates of the Caribbean since he was a kid and thanks to the Fastpass+ you booked, we were able to do it stress-free! I have been to Walt Disney World several times, each time just as magical as the last. This time I used Lori’s help in planning a trip for myself and my best friend. Lori was absolutely amazing in helping us plan our trip and itinerary. She even helped us plan transportation and an itinerary for a day at Universal Studios. Even for someone that has been to Disney and knows the ropes, Lori’s help was invaluable. She was able to rush and lock down a reservation of us within the time period we wanted so that we could get the Free Disney Dining plan. Happy New Year! Joanna and I had an amazing time at Disneyworld. We loved AKL and the food and shows were one of a kind.
The trip started off a bit off schedule. My fiancée Joanna and I went in separate lines at the first border agent. Her agent ushered her quickly and she boarded the plane first. I declared the ring and showed receipts to the agent. This took longer than usual and as I ran to the gate, they just started pulling the bridge and I missed the flight! When I got to Orlando I was just relieved that we're both together again and ready to start our day!
I proposed to my fiancée at MK on Saturday in the morning. We went early when the park opened and I quietly told the photo pass photographer to take as many pics as he can. I got on one knee and she said Yes! =)
It was a memorable trip and the staff was very nice when we wore our just engaged buttons.

The trip started off a bit off schedule. My fiancée Joanna and I went in separate lines at the first border agent. Her agent ushered her quickly and she boarded the plane first. I declared the ring and showed receipts to the agent. This took longer than usual and as I ran to the gate, they just started pulling the bridge and I missed the flight! OMG Sandra, this was the best family trip we've had!! The girls were the perfect ages and it was a much different experience than 4 1/2 years ago. We really liked Coronado Springs...the pool area is awesome!! We also managed to get a last minute reservation for the Hoop Dee Doo Revue and had a blast. What an awesome show and the food was great!! The girls were less interested in seeing the Princesses and Characters this time and we found out we have a pair of thrill seekers on our hands. Not only did they want to go on everything that went fast they were asking to sit up front!! I had no idea, LOL!! My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer!!

The buzz has worn off from Disney but its still a life long highlight. We ALL thought it was the best vacation ever! We will recommend you as often as we can. When I started researching going to Walt Disney World I was overwhelmed with all the info, places to stay, meal plans and park passes. I just wished someone would book it for me and I would go along with whatever the masterplan was. My wish came true when I got in touch with Sandra! She asked how old the child was, what we wanted to do and what our budget was. She booked our resort right at Disney, gave us a free meal plan and arranged our park passes for us. We are back, and just wanted to let you know that it was one of the most glorious experiences of my life so far !!! We loved every second of the cruise, and am now totally convinced that Disney should run the world !!! Such efficiency and attention to detail, I have never seen. The commitment to customer service is, in my opinion, unprecedented and beyond belief. The sense of happiness and well being that overcomes one whilst aboard, is almost weird !!! The staff and crew are so upbeat and happy at all times that one is tempted to think that they are on drugs or something !!! Just kidding, of course !! The unbelievable attention to minutia that ultimately made every moment perfect, is a credit to Disney. I have come home raving about the whole experience. I want to thank you so much for making it all possible, and let you know how wonderful it all was. LOVED it !!!!!

“Our Disney trip just wouldn’t have been the same without Sandra's knowledge, advice and Disney “know-how”. Firstly, she recommended we get the meal plan, and it turned out to be the best thing we could have done. She suggested restaurants and made the reservations for us so we planned out our days at the parks accordingly. We never had the stress of trying to get 5 people to decide on where to eat and when. Plus, since my son and I both have food allergies eating out can be scary, but when Sandra made our reservations she let them know that we had allergies and the chef phoned me at home before our vacation started so they could be sure that they had the appropriate food choices in their kitchen when we were there. Sandra also fully explained the “fast pass” system, answered all our questions about the rides at each park (one of our family members is a bit apprehensive about rides) and gave us great advice on which park to visit on which day of the week. (who knew Magic Kingdom is busier on some days than others!) We can’t wait to go to Disney again, and of course we will be looking forward to Sandra helping us plan another trip of a lifetime!”
