This message is long overdue but I wanted to drop you a line telling you what a fantastic trip we had to WDW this March Break and to thank you for all of your help!

We arrived at Animal Kingdom Lodge around 11:00 and our room was already made up for us.  We got a room about as centrally located as one could hope to get. Close to the bus, restaurants, lobby, pool… everything!  No view of animals outside our window but they too were only a short stroll away in any direction. Problem is, now we’re spoiled!!  We’ll always want to stay at a deluxe resort.

We packed so much fun into six days in the parks that it’s all a blur of activity.  And we managed to do a few new rides/attractions that we’d always skipped on other trips.  Glad we did!  It really kept the experience fresh. We always arrived for park opening each morning, and by 11:00 the parks were gridlocked!  Good thing that we’d bee-lined it for these early or grabbed Fastpasses.  It really makes a difference to know the system.  We were almost always done the big attractions by the time the crowds got overwhelming.

We ate at Whispering Canyon on our anniversary and couldn’t have asked for a better atmosphere in which to celebrate.  It’s still my son’s favorite restaurant – anywhere!   

I want to thank you again for all of your help booking this trip for us, Sandra!  You’re a real professional and I’m happy to have done business with you. 

In fact, we have family friends who are planning a HUGE trip to Disney and they called me to ask for some advice in planning their trip.  I told them that they’d be in good hands talking to you. I know that you will treat them with the same care and enthusiasm that you shared with us!

When I started researching going to Walt Disney World I was overwhelmed with all the info, places to stay, meal plans and park passes. I just wished someone would book it for me and I would go along with whatever the masterplan was. My wish came true when I got in touch with Sandra! She asked how old the child was, what we wanted to do and what our budget was. She booked our resort right at Disney, gave us a free meal plan and arranged our park passes for us. She got us signed up for the Disney Magical Express and our luggage was picked up for us and delivered to the hotel. “Our Disney trip just wouldn’t have been the same without Sandra Halket’s knowledge, advice and Disney “know-how”. Firstly, she recommended we get the meal plan, and it turned out to be the best thing we could have done.
